Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Deck Mate desktop app, mobile app, website, and related services provided by Oliosoft and Roshan Pratap Singh ("Deck Mate", "we", "us"). By using Deck Mate, you agree to these terms.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Deck Mate. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or use Deck Mate to violate law or another person's rights.
Your actions and content
Deck Mate can launch apps, run shortcuts or scripts, control your computer, and transmit screen content between paired devices. You are responsible for the commands, files, scripts, URLs, and other content you configure, and for reviewing an action before triggering it. Only pair devices you trust and do not use Deck Mate to access a computer without authorization.
Purchases
Paid features may be offered as one-time purchases through Apple, Google, or another disclosed payment provider. Store purchases are also governed by that store's terms. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable.
Availability and updates
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may release updates needed for security or compatibility. We do not guarantee that every action will work with every device, app, operating-system version, or network.
Safety
Remote controls and scripts can cause data loss or change system state. Keep backups, test custom actions, and do not trigger actions when doing so would be unsafe. You use custom scripts and third-party integrations at your own risk.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deck Mate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from Deck Mate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Deck Mate at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Deck Mate, users, or others, or when these terms are materially violated. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will survive.
Governing terms
Applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us concerning Deck Mate.
